Target multiple keywords on a page with Yoast on wordpress website

Are you an SEO ? working on a wordpress website, then you might be familiar with Yoast SEO Plugin. Yoast SEO is one of the most popular SEO plugin for wordpress It comes in both free and paid versions. But when you want to add multiple keywords in the focus keyphrase section, it asks for premium version.

Well, in this article we’ll be adding as many keywords as you want on a page in wordpress.

Install the plugin Perpage add to Head

It’s an easy to use wordpress plugin that simply displays a textarea each time you edit a page. In that field you can add anything like meta-tags, scripts etc. That will also help you in optimizing your website.
when you have installed that plugin, activate it and go to the page you want to add multiple keywords for.
when you head to editing that page, you’ll see a textarea at the very bottom of the page. as shown in the image below

Add the keywords meta tag to that field and update the page.

<meta name="keywords" content="keyword1, keyword2, keyword3,........" />

Now, open the page and check if the keywords are there in the source of that page.
